摘要
介绍了一种宏程序,用于卧式加工中心工作台旋转任意角度后自动建立新坐标系。通过对卧式加工中心旋转工作台坐标系统建立数学模型,计算旋转后的坐标偏置量,用宏程序将新坐标偏置写入系统变量下。避免了人工对刀建立坐标系过程中的误差,降低了劳动强度。
This paper introduced a macro-program that was used for the workbench in horizontal processing center to implement automatic coordinate setting-up after free-angle rotation.Building the mathematical model for the coordination system of the rotary workbench in the horizontal processing center,the coordination offset after rotation was calculated,which would be recorded into the system variable by the macro-program.In this case,the manned error in the process of building the coordinate could be avoided,and the labor strength would be reduced.
