矿建巷道用支护锚杆参数的选择与优化 被引量:3

摘要 以阳煤集团华泓公司9-10工作面矿建巷道为例,以满足锚固强度为前提,对矿建巷道支护过程中的锚杆直径、长度与间距,以及配套用托盘的厚度进行选择与优化。首先对锚杆直径和长度进行初选,然后根据经验公式与巷道实际拱线长度确定锚杆间距;采用有限元法对托盘应力与变形进行分析,同时得到了不同托盘厚度所受的极限应力。分析结果表明:随着托盘厚度的增大,托盘所受的极限应力减小。在现有条件下,托盘厚度为10mm是合理的。分析结果与方法为矿井建设支护锚杆参数的选择与优化提供了参考。 Taking the 9-10 face mining roadway of Huahong Company of Yangquan Coal Mining Group as an example,on the premise of meeting the requirement of anchorage strength,this article selected and optimized a series of parameters in the process of mining roadway supporting,such as the diameter,length and distance of anchor rods,and the thickness assorted pallets.Firstly,the diameter and length of the anchor rods were initially selected.Then the distance between the rods was comfirmed based on experimental equations and practical apsidal line of roadway.Analyzing the stress and distortion of the pallets based on finite element method(FEM),the ultimate stress under different pallet thickness were hence obtained.The analyzed result indicated that the ultimate stress of the pallets would be reduced with the increase of the thickness.Under the current condition,the thickness of 10 mm of the pallets was reasonable.The analyzed result and method provide reference for the selection and optimization for parameters of mining roadway supporting anchor rods.
