摘要
基于某柴油机燃油加热快速启动系统的工作特性,分析该系统采用的热管性能。该系统采用了以钠钾合金溶液为工质的不锈钢热管,以实现由尾气余热向油箱传热的目的。通过单根热管的低温传热试验和低温启动特性试验,分别对热管性能进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:在恒定低温环境下,不同程度的恒温热源温度输入,单只热管可经过275s左右启动,工质实现由自由分子向连续流的转变,故当系统正常工作时,完全可向燃油提供400K^585K区间的恒定温度,系统可实现快速加热燃油的目的。
On the basis of the operating characteristics of a fuel-heating quick start system of a diesel engine,in this article,the heat-pipe application characteristics of the heat-pipe technique adopted in this system was researched.This system applied a stainless-steel heat pipe using the refrigerant of sodium-potassium(Na-K)alloy solution,in order to implement the purpose of heat recovery from exhausted waste heat to fuel tank.In addition,the paper respectively carried out analysis research on the heat pipe performance,according to cryogenic heat transfer and low temperature start performance experiment of a single heat pipe.The research result indicated:under the situation of constant-low-temperature environment,with the heat input from different degrees of constant heat reservoir,each heat pipe could be started in about 275 s,and the refrigerant would be converted from free molecules to continuous flow.In this case,when the system normally operating,the fuel could be definitely provided a constant temperature in the range of400 K-585 K,which indicates that the system is able to rapidly heat the fuel.
