高校思想政治理论课教学中的问题和对策——“2017年高校‘思政课’教学质量年”听课指导工作的体会

我国高校的思想政治理论课教学,取得了许多成绩。但与新时代的要求,仍存在一些不可忽视的差距。比如,有的思想政治理论课教师,在教学中"问题意识"与"贯通意识"不足,"因材施教"不够,对讲授、课件和板书的关系处理欠佳等。因此,进一步提高我国高校的思想政治理论课教学水平,就需要思想政治理论课教师具备坚定的政治信仰和优良的思想品质,热爱本职工作,恪守职业操守;立足新时代中国特色社会主义现实,精通教材内容,凝练问题,以"问题意识"指导教学;通过不断的学习与研究,奠定宽厚的理论基础,形成广阔的理论视野,以"贯通意识"指导教学。同时,授课应以讲述为主,以课件与板书为辅,因材施教,实现与学生的深度沟通。

The ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities in China has made a lot of achievements. But there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in the new era. Some teachers are not sufficiently ＂problem conscious＂or ＂penetrating conscious＂,unable to teach in accordance with students＇ aptitude,inadequate in proportion lecturing,PPT and blackboard presentation. Therefore,to further improve the level of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities,it is necessary for the teachers in this field to develop firm political beliefs and good ideological quality,love for their work,and following professional ethics; they should have full awareness of the reality of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,exert to be well familiar with the content of teaching materials,and guide their teaching with ＂problem consciousness＂,lay a broad and solid theoretical foundation by continuous study,form a broad theoretical field vision,and guide the teaching with ＂penetrating consciousness＂. At the same time,the course teaching should be mainly through lectures,PPT and blackboard presentation should be supplements; students should be taught in accordance with their aptitude through in-depth communication.
