摘要
针对缺水地区常用的圆柱形、球形、瓶形水窖建设中存在的因窖体受力分析不足、窖体结构设计不合理而导致窖体空间结构稳定性差以至最后窖体破坏以及盲目增厚窖壁导致材料浪费等问题,利用基于ANSYS平台新开发的窖体有限元分析软件,对圆柱形、球形、瓶形3种水窖进行空间结构几何尺寸优化。以水窖耗材量最小为目标函数,以许用应力为约束条件,优化出不同容水量的水窖几何尺寸,并将它们的最优结果进行对比分析。结果表明,修筑球形水窖最省材料,圆柱形水窖次之,瓶形水窖在同工况同容积下相对于另外2种水窖设计形式耗材最多,但结构稳定性高于圆柱形水窖,它们各有优缺点,可根据当地具体情况具体用途来选择最合适的水窖形式。
In the construction of cylindrical,spherical,and bottle shaped water cellar,there are some problems in the construction of cylindrical,spherical and bottle shaped water cellar,which are due to the lack of stress analysis of the cellar body and the unreasonable design of the cellar structure,which lead to the poor stability of the space structure of the cellar,and the waste of the pit wall resulting from the blind pit wall. Based on the newly developed cellar finite element analysis software based on ANSYS platform,the geometric dimensions of 3 types of cellars,cylindrical,spherical and bottle shaped,are optimized.With the minimum consumption of water cellar as the objective function and the allowable stress as the constraint condition,the geometric sizes of water cellars with different water volume are optimized and their optimal results are compared and analyzed.The results show that the construction of the spherical water cellar is the most provincial material,the cylindrical water cellar is the second,and the bottle shaped water cellar is the most suitable for the other two kinds of water cellar design in the same volume,but the structural stability is higher than that of the cylindrical water cellar. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. It can choose the most suitable form of water cellar according to the specific circumstances and specific uses of the site.
