PBL教学方法在食品环境工程学课程教学中的应用

Application of PBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Food Environment Engineering Course

阐述了食品环境工程学课程在高校的教学现状,分析了引入PBL教学方法的必要性。以"食品工业废水"为例,探索PBL教学方法在食品环境工程学课程教学中的应用。教学实践表明,PBL教学方法可以提高学生的自主学习热情和能力,增强团队合作精神,同时也促进了学生对课程相关知识的掌握和应用,提高了教学质量。

This paper expounded the teaching status of food environment engineering course in colleges and universities,and necessity of introducing PBL teaching method in the teaching of food environment engineering course were analyzed.Taking food industry wastewater as an example,the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of food environment engineering course was explored.The teaching practice showed that PBL teaching method could improve student＇s independent learning enthusiasm and capability,strengthen their team cooperation spirit,promote students＇ mastery and application of knowledge,and improve the quality of teaching.
