滤料耐腐蚀性能的气体试验方法研究

摘要 研发一种滤料耐腐蚀性能的气体试验装置,提出滤料在高温气体中的耐腐蚀性能气体试验方法,并对PPS滤料在NO2气体中的耐腐蚀老化性能进行测试。结果表明,在高温NO2气体中,PPS滤料的力学性能下降明显,其氧化速度增加。 A gas testing device for the corrosion resistance of filter materials was developed. A gas testing method for the corrosion resistance of filter materials in high temperature gas was proposed,and the corrosion resistance of PPS filter in NO2 gas was tested. The results showed that the mechanical properties of PPS filter decreased significantly in high temperature NO2 gas,and its oxidation rate increased.
