摘要
本文对马道头煤矿原煤筒仓工程混凝土施工难点进行探究,从混凝土施工工艺中水泥、砂、石等原材料的选择,砼配合比的优化,温度控制,循环水养护砼等方面防止了筒仓裂缝的产生,有效地保证了原煤仓筒仓的工程质量。
This paper explores the difficulties in the concrete construction of the raw coal silo project in madoutoucoal mine. the selection of raw materials such as cement, sand and stone in the concrete construction process, theoptimization of the concrete mix ratio, the temperature control, and the maintenance of concrete by circulating water haveprevented the occurrence of cracks in the silo and effectively ensured the engineering quality of the raw coal silo.
