上海市某医院肺癌住院患者生命质量与焦虑、抑郁的相关性及影响因素

Correlation Between Life Quality and Anxiety/Depression and Influencing Factors in Lung Cancer Inpatients in a Hospital in Shanghai City

目的:探讨肺癌患者生命质量与焦虑、抑郁的相关性及影响因素。方法:采用EORTC QLQ-C30、QLQ-LC13、SAS和SDS量表评估100例肺癌住院患者的生命质量和焦虑、抑郁状况。结果:肺癌患者生命质量与癌症总体参考值相比有显著差异,且与焦虑、抑郁症状明显相关(P<0.05)。多种因素对生命质量有影响,单子女患者疲劳、食欲丧失和腹泻症状比较严重。结论:肺癌患者生命质量较差,医护人员应关注患者的心理状况,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,提高患者的生命质量。

Objective： To explore the correlation between life quality and anxiety and depression and to analyze the influencing factors of life quality in lung cancer inpatients. Methods： EORTC QLQ-C30,QLQ-LC13,SAS and SDS were used to assess the quality of life and mental state in 100 lung cancer patients. Results： There were significant differences between lung cancer patients＇ scores and cancer reference value of life quality. The scores of life quality were significantly correlated with anxiety/depression symptoms（ P〈0.05）. Multiple factors had influence on different aspects of life quality. Conclusion： Lung cancer patients have poorer quality of life. The medical staff should pay attention to lung cancer patients＇ mental state and relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression,and thus to improve their quality of life.
