摘要
盐井钻机在盐井施钻过程中,盐卤及卤伴生气对钻机底座转盘梁腐蚀性大,腐蚀性等级为强腐蚀。原有的涂料防腐工艺因为钻机运输是必须拆卸或分解且操作粗放形成防腐膜常被破坏,引起钢结构底座大面积被严重腐蚀。正是基于以上原因,我们按照盐井钻井工艺要求,新引进合金催化技术用于钻机底座防腐,以消除安全隐患。
In the process of salt well drilling, the halogen and halogen associated gas have great corrosion on the rotary beam of the drilling rig base, and the corrosion grade is strong corrosion.The original coating anticorrosion technology had to be disassembled or decomposed for drilling rig transportation, and the extensive operation caused the corrosion protection film to be damaged frequently, which caused the large area of steel structure base to be seriously corroded.It is for the above reasons that, according to the requirements of salt well drilling technology, the newly introduced alloy catalytic technology is used to prevent corrosion of drilling rig base, so as to eliminate the safety hidden danger.
