本文从劳动者、用人单位、用工单位三方劳资关系在生产过程中的现实形态进行深入探讨,分析在劳务派遣用工形式下,企业对派遣员工劳动关系管理方面存在的问题,同时结合相关法律法规及本人所学知识提出建议和看法,最终目的为实现劳资双方平等,构建健康和谐劳动关系。

This article probes into the realistic form of labor relations in the production process from labor, employer and employing unit,analyze the problems existing in the management of labor relationship in the form of labor dispatching, combined with the relevant laws and regulations and my knowledge to make suggestions and opinions, ultimate goal to achieve equality of both sides of labor and capital, build a healthy and harmonious labor relations.
