摘要
以氯化铜、柔性双吡啶四唑配体(4-bptzp)和5-硝基间苯二甲酸(5-H_2nip)为原料,在水热条件下自组装,制备一种新型的铜配合物[Cu(4-bptzp)(5-nip)]·H_2O,并利用粉末X射线衍射、单晶X射线衍射等对其结构进行表征.结果表明:该铜配合物的分子式为C_(69)H_(56)Cu_3N_(33)O_(21),Mr=1 874.09,三斜晶系,P1空间群,V=3.984 5(4)nm3,a=1.277 09(8)nm,b=1.357 97(9)nm,c=2.433 64(16)nm,α=76.727(10)°,β=75.987(10)°,γ=85.579(2)°,Z=2,R_(int)=0.038 6,D_(cal)=1.562g/cm^3,μ=0.888 mm^(-1),F(000)=1 912,R=0.051 9,wR_2=0.124 2;铜离子被5-nip桥连形成一维[Cu_2(nip)_2]n带状链结构,配体4-bptzp连接链上的两个铜离子形成[Cu_2(4-bptzp)_2]环悬挂在链两侧;该铜配合物在黑暗条件下可快速吸附水溶液中的有机染料亚甲基蓝.
A new type of copper complex [Cu(4-bptzp)(5-nip)]· H2O was prepared with copper chloride,1,4-bis(5-(4-pyridyl)tetrazolyl)propane(4-bptzp)and 5-nitro isophthalic acid(5-H2 nip)as raw materials under the hydrothermal condition.The powder X-ray diffraction and single crystal X-ray diffraction etc were used to characterize the structure of copper complex.The results show that the cooper complex belongs to triclinic system with space group P1,C69H56Cu3N33O21,Mr=1 874.09,V=3.984 5(4)nm^3,a=1.277 09(8)nm,b=1.357 97(9)nm,c=2.433 64(16)nm,α=76.727(10)°,β=75.987(10)°,γ=85.579(2)°,Rint=0.038 6,Dcal=1.562 g/cm^3,μ=0.888 mm^(-1),F(000)=1 912,R=0.051 9,wR2=0.124 2.The cooper ions are connected by 5-nip to form a one-dimensional[Cu2(nip)2]nribbon chain,the 4-bptzp bridges the copper ions to build the [Cu2(4-bptzp)2]loops hunging on both sides of the chain.The copper complex can quickly adsorb organic dye methylene blue in aqueous solution under the dark condition.
