摘要
感染后咳嗽因肺脾亏虚、正虚邪恋所致,治以调肺运脾,采用调肺运脾小儿推拿法治疗小儿感染后咳嗽,疗效显著。本文介绍调肺运脾小儿推拿法操作方法及特色,并举医案为例,以飨同道。
Post-infection cough is mainly due to hypofunction of both Lung and Spleen,Vital-qi deficiency leading to pathogen lingering. It has achieved significant effect by using infantile tuina method of regulating Lung and Spleen to treat post-infection cough in children. This study introduced the operation and feature of this infantile tuina method.The typical medical case was listed to share the experience with peers.
