中药联合坦索罗辛治疗前列腺增生症37例的临床研究

Compound TCM Formula Combined with Tamsulosin Treating BPH:A Clinical Study of 37 Cases

目的:探讨中药复方联合坦索罗辛治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效性和安全性。方法:按标准纳入BPH患者80例,随机分成两组。对照组患者服用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊0.2 mg,每日1次;治疗组患者同时服用中药复方和盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊服用方法同对照组,中药复方每日1剂,分2次服,每次150 m L。两组分别再治疗前和治疗60 d后统计国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量(Qo L)评分、膀胱残余尿量(RU)和前列腺体积,并对总体疗效进行评定。结果:在总体疗效方面,治疗组优于对照组,其间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组I-PSS、Qo L及RU均得到显著改善(P<0.01);与对照组相比,治疗组在治疗后I-PSS和Qo L改善更为明显,其间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药复方联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗BPH患者安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound TCM formula combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH）. Methods： 80 BPH patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with Tamsulosin（ 0. 2 mg,once per day）; on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with compound TCM formula（ 150 ml each time,twice per day）. International prostate symptom score（ I-PSS）,quality of life（ Qo L）,bladder residual urine volume（ RU） and prostate volume were measured before and after 60 days of treatment,and the overall efficacy was calculated. Results： The overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; After the treatment,I-PSS,Qo L and RU of the two groups were significantly improved（ P〈0. 01）; of which the improvement was more significant in the treatment group,compared to that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The compound TCM formula combined with Tamsulosin is safe and effective for BPH.
