摘要
以卧螺离心机用磁悬浮轴承为研究对象,将励磁绕组骨架装配体加入磁轴承定子模型,讨论骨架在磁轴承定子中的2种装配形式。通过优化集成平台Isight集成UG和ANSYS,研究磁悬浮轴承各结构参数对支承性能的影响以及线圈骨架的存在对磁轴承几何参数的影响。以电磁力最大为目标,对磁悬浮轴承进行结构优化,结果表明,磁轴承承载力和励磁磁势利用率较原先提升了11.88%,取得了良好的优化效果。
Taking magnetic bearings for horizontal screw decanter centrifuge as study object,the assembly of excitation winding frame is brought into stator model of magnetic bearings,and two assembly forms of frame in stator of magnetic bearings are discussed. The UG and ANSYS are integrated by optimized integration platform Isight to study the effects of structural parameters for magnetic bearings on support performance and the effects of winding frame on geometrical parameters for magnetic bearings. The maximum electromagnetic force is taken as a goal to optimize the structure of magnetic bearings. The results show that the load capacity of magnetic bearings and utilization ratio of excitation magnetic potential are increased by 11. 88%,the good optimal effect is achieved.
