摘要
针对PROTOS卷接机组的连杆双列满圆柱滚子轴承损坏后难以拆卸,整个连杆组件更换费用高的问题,设计了轴承拆卸工装,对各个组件进行校核计算,详细介绍了工装的使用方法。实际应用表明,拆卸工装可顺利实现轴承从连杆中拆卸,平均每次拆卸时间仅5.4 min,实现了对连杆的重复利用,维护成本大大较低。
The damaged double row full cylindrical roller bearings for connecting rod of PROTOS cigarette making machine is difficult to disassemble,and the entire connecting rod components need high replacement costs. The disassembling tooling is designed. Each component is checked and calculated,and the use method for tooling is introduced in detail. The practice application shows that the disassembling tooling is able to assemble bearings smoothly form connecting rod,and the average disassembly time is only 5. 4 min. The repeated use of connecting rod is realized,and the maintenance cost is reduced greatly.
