摘要
对金属陶瓷涂层技术在自润滑关节轴承的应用展开研究,并将金属陶瓷涂层与传统电镀硬铬进行对比。结果表明:金属陶瓷涂层的硬度更高、耐腐蚀能力更好,在高速轻载和低速重载2种工况下的磨损性能更优异;轴承的主要磨损机理是磨料磨损和疲劳磨损。
The application of cermet coatings in self-lubricating spherical plain bearings is researched. The cermet coating and traditional chromium plating are compared. The results show that the cermet coating has high hardness and good corrosion resistance,showing good wear resistant capability under the operating conditions of high speed with light load and low speed with heavy load. The main wear mechanisms of the bearings is abrasive wear and fatigue wear.
