摘要
近年来内蒙古普通高等本科院校教师队伍建设方面存在教师引进存在体制机制障碍、教师流失问题突显、教师编制不足、生师比高出国家规定的标准、教师评价体系有待完善等众多亟待解决的问题,基于此,对内蒙古27所本科高等院校进行了实地调研,分析这些本科院校存在上述问题的主要原因,并提出改革人才引进政策、稳定充实现有师资队伍、推进高校编制管理制度改革、建立更加科学的高校教师评价机制、防止人才流失等解决对策和建议。
The study based on lots of problems to be solved urgently on construction of teaching teams in institutions of higher education in the Inner Mongolia, for instant, the mechanism impediments in system of recruiting teachers; the loss of teachers also spotlighted; lack of teachers' compilation; the ratio between teachers and students is beyond the state specified standards; teachers' evaluation system needs to be improved, and so on. The author and members of the research group carried out investigation and research on 27 Institutions of Higher Education in Inner Mongolia, analyzes the main reasons for these problems and proposes reform of talent introduction policy: stabilizing and fulfilling the teaching teams; promoting the reform of the management system of the universities and col.leges; establishing a more scientific evaluation mechanism for teachers; the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the loss of talent.
