摘要
蒙汉双语教育是内蒙古民族教育的重要组成部分,关系到蒙古民族的进步,也影响内蒙古民族团结和社会经济的发展。内蒙古蒙汉双语教育的繁荣发展有利于民族团结、社会经济可持续发展、民族文化保护与融合及蒙古族学生的全面发展。目前,内蒙古蒙汉双语教育存在的问题主要有:对双语教育政策法规认识和落实的偏差;教材编译脱离蒙汉双语教育的需求;教学模式和评价模式仍以应试为导向;蒙汉双语教育师资力量普遍薄弱。提升蒙汉双语教育路径包括:完善法规建设、教材编译的本土化和民族化、采用多元化的教学和评价模式及全员与多元化培训蒙汉双语教师等。
Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education in Inner Mongolia is beneficial to national unity, national economy, national culture and individual development of Mongolian students. At present, the main problems of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education in Inner Mongolia are: the deviation of understanding and implementation of bilingual education policies and regulations, the deviation of textbook compilation from the needs of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education, and teaching model and evaluation model to be guided by examination-oriented, weak strength of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teachers. The strategies of promoting Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education include perfecting the construction of laws and regulations, localization and nationalization of compiling textbooks, adopting diversified teaching and evaluation models, and training Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teachers in a variety of ways.
