摘要
为解决现有振动台无法满足火工品大量值振动试验的需求,设计一种基于谐振原理的火工品振动放大试验装置。在振动台输出较小激振力的情况下,在该装置上依靠谐振放大来满足试验需求,并针对具体的案例进行试验验证和分析。结果表明:设计的振动放大试验装置能够有效满足试验需求,振动量值、偏差符合标准要求,可应用在火工品大量值振动考核试验中。
In order to meet the demand of high value vibration test for the initiators, a vibration amplification device based on the principle of resonance was designed, which can meet the test requirements in the case of small output exciting force. Meanwhile, test verification and analysis for specific case was carried out, the results showed that the designed test device is effective, the deviation value of vibration meet the standard requirement, and the device can be used in the high value vibration test for initiators.
