摘要 为鉴定某经济纠纷中爆炸危险品的危害性,在现场调查的基础上,解剖样品并以酸液处理,采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪快速测定元素含量,推断样品中火药成分与常规黑火药相符,是典型的黑火药物资;此外,运用TNT当量换算和爆炸冲击波估算方法,对爆炸危险品的破坏效应进行了量化定性和案件评估。本研究为该类案件的危险性评估提供了一种方法。 In order to identify the hazard of the explosion dangerous goods in some economic disputes,on the basis of field investigation, a group of samples were dissected for analysis and treated with acid solution. Meanwhile, the content of elements was rapidly determined by ICP-AES, and component analysis was used to calculate the composition of the gunpowder in the sample. It is found that the sample is in line with the composition of the conventional black powder and is a typical black powder material. Then, using TNT equivalent conversion and blast shock wave estimation method, the quantitative and qualitative analysis and case assessment of the damage effect of explosion dangerous goods were carried out. The study provides a way for dangerous evaluation of this type case.
