摘要
针对分级射孔中使用大电阻雷管等直流雷管存在的安全隐患及缺陷,设计了基于磁电雷管的直流起爆电路,将磁电雷管应用在分级射孔作业中的点火系统。通过采用直流供电编码控制的形式起爆磁电雷管,以进一步提高系统安全性。油田现场应用表明该设计安全可靠,效果良好。
Aim at the potential safety hazard and defect of direct current detonator, such as high resistance detonator, used in multistage perforating, a direct current initiating circuit based on magneto-electric detonator was designed, the magneto-electric detonator was used in an initiating system for multistage perforating operation. By use of direct current supply coding control, the magneto-electric detonator could be initiated, and the safety of system would be improved. The application of system in oilfield shows that the system is safe and reliable, and has good effect.
