Ⅳ型前列腺炎对精液质量参数影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Type Ⅳ Prostatitis on Semen Quality Parameters

目的研究Ⅳ型前列腺炎对精液质量参数的影响。方法选取我院2016年8月至2017年10月收治的485例男性不育患者,均进行体格检查及精液参数、前列腺液检查,根据检查结果随机选取96例Ⅳ型前列腺炎男性不育患者作为研究组,选取96例无前列腺炎的男性不育患者作为对照组,分析比较两组患者的精液质量参数指标。结果两组患者的精液浓度、p H、精液量、精液液化时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的精液正常形态率、PR、PR+NP、低渗肿胀试验均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Ⅳ型前列腺炎可导致精液质量下降,因此临床诊治男性不育症患者时,应积极治疗各种可能对精液质量产生影响的疾病,提高疾病治愈率。

Objective To study the influence of type Ⅳ prostatitis on semen quality parameters. Methods 485 male patients with infertility admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to October 2017 were selected and given medical examination, test of prostatic fluid and semen parameters. According to the examination results, 96 cases of male infertile patients with type Ⅳ prostatitis were randomly selected as the study group, and 96 cases of patients without prostatitis were selected as the control group. The indicators of semen quality parameters were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the semen concentration,p H, semen volume and semen liquefaction time between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The normal morphology rate, PR, PR ＋ NP and hypotonic swelling test of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Type Ⅳ prostatitis can lead to the decrease of semen quality. Therefore, all kinds of diseases that may affect the semen quality should be treated actively in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertile patients, so as to improve the cure rate of disease.
