0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后干眼症的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of 0.3% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the Treatment of Dry Eye after Cataract Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation

目的观察0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后干眼症的疗效。方法选取我院2017年4月至2017年12月行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的单纯性老年性白内障患者60例,随机平均分为两组各30例。对照组术后给予常规用药,观察组在对照组基础上给予0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者不同时间段的干眼症症状评分和干眼症三项检查结果。结果观察组术后1 d、1 w、2 w、1个月的干眼症症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d、1 w、2 w、1个月,观察组的泪膜破裂时间均长于对照组,而角膜荧光素染色测试结果均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论老年性白内障患者行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后应用0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液可有效缓解术后干眼症,加快眼部康复。

Objective To observe the curative effect of 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with simple cataract undergoing cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation from April 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received conventional medications after surgery, and the observation group was treated with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of the control group. The dry eye scores and results of the dry eye three tests at different periods were compared between the two groups. Results The dry eye scores of the observation group at 1 d, 1 w, 2 w and 1 month after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. 1 d, 1 w, 2 w and 1 month after surgery, the tear break-up time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group, and the results of cornea fluorescein staining test were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the application of dry eye after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can effectively relieve dry eye after surgery and accelerate eye rehabilitation.
