三七血伤宁胶囊治疗人工流产术后放置曼月乐点滴出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sanqixueshangning Capsules in the Treatment of Drip Bleeding due to Mirena Inserted after Artificial Inabortion

目的观察三七血伤宁胶囊治疗人工流产术后放置曼月乐出现点滴出血的临床疗效。方法将人工流产术后立即放置曼月乐出现点滴出血的患者69例随机分为两组。对照组(34例)口服头孢克洛胶囊(每次0.375 g,每日2次,连用3天),治疗组(35例)在对照组基础上服用三七血伤宁胶囊(每次2粒,每天3次,连用7天)。比较两组患者的点滴出血时间及1年内因点滴出血曼月乐取出率。结果治疗组的点滴出血时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,治疗组的点滴出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月、1年,治疗组的曼月乐取出率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三七血伤宁胶囊可降低人工流产术后放置曼月乐的点滴出血发生率,降低曼月乐取出率,提高曼月乐的续用率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Sanqixueshangning capsules in the treatment of drip bleeding due to Mirena inserted after artificial inabortion. Methods 69 cases of patients immediately inserted with Mirena after artificial inabortion with drip bleeding were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（34 cases） took the cefkelo capsules orally（0.375 g each time, 2 times a day, 3 days）, while the treatment group（35 cases） received Sanqixueshangning capsules（2 tablets each time, 3 times a day, 7 days） on the basis of the control group. The bleeding time and the rate of Mirena extraction due to drip bleeding within 1 year were compared between the two groups. Results The drip bleeding time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. 3 months after operation, the drip bleeding rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. 3 months and 1 year after operation, the Mirena extraction rates of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Sanqixueshangning capsules can reduce the incidence of drip bleeding due to Mirena inserted after artificial inabortion, reduce the Mirena extraction rate, and improve the Mirena retention rate.
