医学运动康复技术结合美式整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Medical Training Therapy Combined with American Chiropractic Practice on Nerve-Root Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨医学运动康复技术(MTT)结合美式整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2017年10月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者100例,随机分为对照组与联合组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗与美式整脊手法治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予MTT。结果联合组的临床总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的VAS评分、NDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),而颈椎生理曲度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用MTT结合美式整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病,可明显提高临床疗效,改善患者的颈椎生理曲度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Medical Training Therapy（MTT） combined with American Chiropractic Practice of nerve-root cervical spondylosis. Methods 100 cases of patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy and American Chiropractic Practice, while the combined group was given MTT on the basis of the control group. Results The clinical total effective rate of the combined group was 92.00%, significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, The VAS score and NDI score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group, and the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra was greater than that of the control group（all P〈0.05）. Conclusions MTT combined with American Chiropractic Practice in the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and improve the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra, which is worthy of clinical application.
