摘要
目的探讨持续负压吸引在良性前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术中的护理效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月行经尿道前列腺电切术的良性前列腺增生患者144例,分为对照组(76例)和观察组(68例)。对照组给予综合保温护理,冲洗液高度设置为60 cm,电切镜出水口无负压吸引;观察组在对照组基础上,电切镜出水口连接持续负压吸引。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症情况。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术前后血红蛋白差值和血钠差值及术后并发症总发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在经尿道前列腺电切术中,应用持续负压吸引可降低术后并发症发生率,明显减少手术烟雾的污染,具有较好的护理效果。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of continuous negative pressure suction during transurethral resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 144 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group(76 cases) and observation group(68 cases). The control group was given comprehensive heat preservation nursing, and the fluid height was set to 60 cm,without negative pressure suction in the water outlet of resectoscope. On the basis of control group, the observation group was connected with continuous negative pressure suction in the water outlet of resectoscope. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, differences of hemoglobin and blood sodium before and after operation and total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions During transurethral resection of prostate, continuous negative pressure suction can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, significantly reduce the pollution of surgical smoke, which has better nursing effect.
