摘要
目的探讨急救情景模拟演练对低年资护士专业技能及心理应对的影响。方法选取38名我院低年资急诊护士作为培训对象,均接受理论、操作能力培训及急救情景模拟演练。结果培训后,低年资护士的理论知识及专业技能得分均显著高于培训前(P<0.01)。培训后,低年资护士CSQ中问题解决、回避与自责、缓解情绪困扰、正面认识、行为摆脱得分以及总分均显著高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论急救情景模拟演练可提高低年资护士的急救理论知识水平、专业技能及心理应对能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of emergency scenario simulation training on junior nurses' professional skills and psychological coping. Methods 38 junior emergency nurses were selected as the training objects, and given theoretical and operational training and emergency scenario simulation training. Results After training, the theoretical knowledge and professional skills scores of junior nurses were significantly higher than those before training(P〈0.01). After training, the scores of problem solving, avoidance and self-blame,emotional distress alleviating, positive understanding, behavioral dissipation and total score in CSQ were significantly higher than those before training(P〈0.01). Conclusions Emergency scenario simulation training can improve the emergency knowledge level, professional skills and psychological coping ability of junior nurses, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
