摘要
目的评价教育指导联合家庭康复在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法选取我中心2016年1月至2018年1月期间收治的脑瘫患儿150例,随机分为观察组与对照组各75例。对照组给予教育指导,观察组给予教育指导联合家庭康复。比较两组患儿护理前后的发育商和运动功能。结果护理前,两组的GeseⅡ发育商评分、GMFM评分、FMFM评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的GeseⅡ发育商评分、GMFM评分、FMFM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论教育指导联合家庭康复在脑瘫患儿中具有明显的应用效果,能够有效提高患儿的发育商及运动功能,促使脑瘫患儿尽可能回归到社会中。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of educational guidance combined with family rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 150 cases of children with cerebral palsy admitted to our center from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given the educational guidance, while the observation group was given the educational education combined with family rehabilitation. The developmental quotient and motor function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the Gese Ⅱ developmental quotient score, GMFM score and FMFM score between the two groups(P〈0.05). After nursing, the GeseⅡ developmental quotient score, GMFM score and FMFM score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Educational guidance combined with family rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy has significant application effect, which can effectively improve the developmental quotient and motor function of children, and promote children with cerebral palsy to return to society as far as possible.
