三子降压散外敷大椎、肾俞穴治疗原发性高血压患者的临床研究

Clinical study on Sanzi Anti-Hypertensive Powder in External Application of Dazhui and Shenshu Points in the Treatment of Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的研究三子降压散外敷大椎、肾俞穴治疗原发性高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的原发性高血压患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规降压药药物治疗(维持入院前降压药治疗方案,不增不减),观察组在此基础上加三子降压散外敷大椎、肾俞穴治疗,每天2次,治疗1周。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组的收缩压、舒张压均显著低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三子降压散外敷大椎、肾俞穴能够有效控制患者的血压,改善其临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Sanzi anti-hypertensive powder in external application of Dazhui and Shenshu points in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 60 cases of patients with primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-hypertensive drugs（maintaining pre-admission anti-hypertensive drugs,without increase or reduction）, while the observation group was treated with Sanzi anti-hypertensive powder in external application of Dazhui and Shenshu points on this basis, twice a day for one week. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Sanzi anti-hypertensive powder in external application of Dazhui and Shenshu points can effectively control patients＇ blood pressure, improve the clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
