摘要
研究了以球形与柱形两种黏土陶粒为粗骨料的微孔混凝土的基本力学性能,讨论了表观密度与各力学性能的相关性,分析了轴心抗压强度、抗拉等强度性能、变形性能与立方体抗压强度的量化关系。试验结果表明,微孔混凝土表观密度在600~1 200 kg/m^3时,拉压比为7%~15%,折压比为5%~13%,弹性模量为6×10~2~7.5×10~3 MPa,泊松比为0.18~0.31;在本试验条件下,以球形黏土陶粒为粗骨料的混凝土的力学性能优于使用柱形陶粒的情况。
The basic mechanical properties of ceramsite cellular concrete(CCC)with spherical and cylindrical ceramsite as coarseaggregate were studied respectively, and the relationship between apparent density and mechanical properties is discussed, the quantitativerelationship between axial compressive strength, tensile strength, deformation properties and cube compressive strength was analyzed aswell.The results show that the apparent density of CCC is from 600 kg/m3to 1 200 kg/m3, the compressive and hydraulic ratio is 7%-15%,the flexural ratio is 5%~13%, the elastic modulus is6 伊102~7.5 伊103N/mm2and Poisson忆 s ratio is 0.18~0.31.Under this experimentalcondition, CCC with spherical aggregate is superior to that with the cylindrical ceramsite in mechanical performance.
