摘要
联锁块混凝土是干硬性混凝土,对于干硬性混凝土而言,成型工艺参数对性能至关重要,研究了成型压力、振动时间和拆模养护三个工艺参数对连锁块混凝土抗压强度和耐磨性的影响,结果表明:连锁块混凝土的抗压强度随着成型压力的提高而增加,在成型压力1.0 MPa之前,连锁块混凝土抗压强度提高不明显,而成型压力增加至3.0 MPa以后,抗压强度提高幅度较大;抗压强度和耐磨性均随着成型振动时间的延长而提高;拆模养护时间对于联锁块混凝土的抗压强度和耐磨性影响较大,拆模养护时间过短或者过长均对混凝土性能不利,存在一个最优拆模养护时间。
Interlocking block concrete was dry concrete.For dry concrete, forming process parameters were very important toperformance.Influence of compacting pressure, vibration time and stripping process parameters on the maintenance of three blocks ofconcrete compressive strength and abrasion resistance.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete interlocking blocksincreases with the increase of pressure molding, before forming pressure 1.0 MPa, the compressive strength of concrete interlocking blocksdo not improve significantly, and forming pressure increased to 3.0 MPa, the compressive strength improved greatly.The compressivestrength and wear resistance were increased along with the prolonging of time of vibration molding and demoulding.Curing time has greatinfluence on the interlocking block of concrete compressive strength and wear resistance, demoulding curing time is too short or too longare detrimental to the performance of concrete, there is an optimal maintenance time step.
