钢框架内嵌外墙板连接件抗剪性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 对三种不同连接形式下的内嵌墙板与钢框架进行抗剪性能试验,研究钩头螺栓、套筒螺栓以及焊接钢板的抗剪性能,并计算不同连接形式下试件的理论抗剪承载力。试验结果表明:由套筒螺栓连接的试件抗剪承载力最大,且套筒螺栓的抗剪性能最好,钩头螺栓次之,焊接钢板连接的试件抗剪承载力最小,焊接钢板的抗剪性能最差。实践表明,连接件理论抗剪承载力试验结果与计算结果吻合较好。 Shear strength test of three kinds of connection modes between embedded wall plate and steel frame is carried out.Analysisthe shear bearing capacity of hook head bolt, sleeve bolt and welded steel plate, and calculate the shear bearing capacity of the connectors.Following conclusions can be drawn from the experiments the bearing capacity of the sleeve bolt connection is the highest, and the shearresistance is the best in the three kinds of connectors.Welded steel plate is the lowest, the shear bearing capacity and the shear resistance ofhook head bolt is between the sleeve bolt and welded steel plate.The practice shows that the calculation results of shear bearing capacity ofthe connectors are in good agreement with the experimental results.
