屋面复合保温材料方案选取及热桥影响的模拟 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的发展,人们对生活环境的舒适度的要求也逐渐提高。夏天在屋内不会感觉太热,冬天在房内不会感觉太冷。于是,这就对屋面保温材料的要求进一步的提高。而现有常用的保温材料在各方面或多或少的都存在着一些问题。由于存在着这些问题,本文提出了10种复合方案,分别对10种复合方案进行导热系数及传热系数的数值计算。经计算,满足传热系数小于等于0.1的方案有七种。由于室外温度对导热系数的影响并不大,于是进一步选择一种代表性的方案利用COMSOL软件进行热桥影响的模拟。结果表明:在热桥处内表面温度低;存在热桥时,材料最终稳态时间较不考虑热桥的情况下缩短了近一半时间。因此,在复合材料方案的确定中,热桥问题不容忽视。 With the development of economy, people's demands for comfort in the living environment have gradually increased.Summerin the house will not feel too hot, winter in the room will not feel too cold.Asa result, the requirements for roofing insulation materials arefurther improved.And the existing heat preservation material has some problems in many aspects.Because of these problems, 10 compositeschemes are proposed.The thermal conductivity and heat transfer coefficient of the 10 composite schemes are calculated respectively.Aftercalculation, there are seven schemes to meet the heat transfer coefficient of less than or equal to 0.1.Because of the influence of outdoortemperature on the thermal conductivity is small, so the simulation further choose a representative scheme of bridge effect using COMSOLsoftware.The results show that the surface temperature at low heat bridge.Existing bridge, the final steady state time is not consideredmaterial under the condition of the bridge was reduced by nearly half the time; because the bridge exists, so in the composite materialsshould be selected as soon as possible close to the heat transfer coefficient of material.
