基于软-硬逻辑相结合的钻杆盒电控系统开发 被引量:1

Development of Electronic Control System of Auto Pipe Slacking Block Based on Combined Soft and Hard Logic

摘要 为解决常规钻杆盒电控系统资源浪费严重、人员就近操作危险性高的问题,提出了一种软-硬逻辑相结合的钻杆盒自动控制方案。该方案以西门子S7-1200 PLC控制器为核心,由4级继电器开关触点级联的方式实现钻杆盒的选择,用8个DO通道和2个AI通道以软-硬逻辑相结合方式实现最多64个DO通道控制和32个AI通道数据采集,配合防爆型无线遥控器实现对该产品的远程操作。现场应用结果表明:基于软-硬逻辑相结合的钻杆盒电控系统提升单层钻杆平均用时8 s,滚出/滚入单层钻杆平均用时2 s,处理整盒钻杆平均用时45 s,全过程无需其他辅助设备,也无需人员直接接触钻杆。因此,该控制方案可以提高钻杆盒电控系统资源利用率和操作人员安全性。 To address the problem of serious resources waste and high operating risk of the electronic control system of conventional pipe slacking block,a soft-hard logic integrated auto pipe slacking block control scheme is proposed. Taking the Siemens S7-1200 PLC controller as the core,the control scheme could allow the selection of pipe slacking block by four-level relay switch cascaded. It can allow a maximum of 64 DO channel control and 32 AI channel data acquisitions using 8 DO channels and 2 AI channels by soft-hard logic. Remote operation is achieved by explosion-proof wireless remote controller. The results of field applications showed that the electronic control system of auto pipe slacking block based on the combined soft and hard logic could lift a single-layer drill pipe by 8 s,roll out/in a single-layer drill pipe in an average of 2 s,and handling the entire box of drill pipe within an average of 45 s. The handling process does not require other ancillary equipment and personnel to directly touch the drill pipe. Therefore,the control system scheme can improve the utilization of control system and the safety of operation staff.
