摘要
钻井系统中,作为控制内防喷器启闭的驱动装置的稳定性和可靠性至关重要。鉴于此,介绍了加拿大Hi-Kalibre公司、Canrig公司以及美国NOV公司等3家国外顶驱内防喷器驱动装置的研究现状;通过试验测试,给出了内防喷器在不同压力等级下的启闭扭矩值,作为驱动装置设计输入以及现场使用参考依据;结合顶驱的现场使用情况,针对内防喷器开关不到位、摇臂总成故障、滑套故障、装配及使用问题,给出了对应改进措施。研究内容可为顶驱内防喷器驱动装置设计提供参考依据。
In the drilling system,the stability and reliability of the driveing device for controlling the opening and closing of the IBOP( inside BOP) are very important. In view of this,the current research status of top drive IBOP driving devices of three foreign companies,including Hi-Kalibre,Canrig,and NOV,was introduced.Through the tests,the opening and closing torques of IBOP under different pressure were attained,and were used as references for the driving device design and field applications. Combined with the top drive's field applications,corresponding improvements are provided for the incomplete opening and closing of BOP switch,rocker arm assembly failure,sliding sleeve failure,and assembly and application issues. The research can provide references for the design of the IBOP driving device in the top drive.
