深水钻井隔水管系统关键技术研究与发展建议 被引量:9

摘要 针对深水钻井隔水管系统特点,分析了隔水管接头设计、隔水管材料、隔水管焊接、挠性接头挠性元件制造、隔水管试验和隔水管系统管理等关键技术,重点阐述了国内在隔水管关键技术研究方面取得的进展和突破,包括具有自主知识产权的隔水管接头快速连接技术、深水隔水管法兰接头用材料X80J、隔水管用X80级埋弧焊直缝钢管、高承载耐疲劳挠性元件制造、大直径厚壁管体全熔透焊接、隔水管载荷装置开发、隔水管系统管理等,对相应关键技术进行总结,并从加快隔水管系统自主配套出发,提出了若干建议。 According to the characteristics of deepwater drilling riser system,the key techniques of the riser joint design,riser material,riser welding,manufacturing of flexible element of flex joint,riser test and riser system management are analyzed. Advances and breakthroughs in the researches of riser key technologies in China are introduced,including riser joint quick-connect technology with independent intellectual property rights,X80J material for deep-water riser flange joint,submerged arc welding straight-seam X80 steel pipe for riser,high load-bearing fatigue resistance flexible element manufacturing,large diameter thick-walled pipe body full-penetration welding,development of riser load device,and management of riser system. Summarization and outlook of key technologies are discussed. Several suggestions are proposed on accelerating the independent development of support technologies of riser system.
