摘要
低渗透油藏水平井中,常规测试技术存在单井投入成本大、测试价格昂贵、不能实现连续测试且电缆磨损严重等问题。鉴于此,开发了低渗透油藏水平井油气水三相流测试技术,研制了适用于低渗透油藏水平井的产液剖面测试组合仪。该仪器实现了流量、含水率、温度和磁性定位等多参数的同时测量和传输,测量采用集流点测与连续测量相结合的方式;结构采用模块化集成,仪器进行了不同规格模拟水平井的特性试验研究,并结合连续管过电缆起下技术进行了多次现场测试应用。测试结果表明:该技术能够测量水平井段及大斜度井段的产液量,确定单层产出情况,完全适合低渗透油藏水平井油、气、水三相流的产液剖面测量。油气水三相流测试技术为水平井产能评价及开发中后期的堵水等措施提供了数据支撑。
For horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoir,conventional production logging have the problems of large input costs for single well,high logging costs,inability to allow continuous logging and serious wireline wear. To address the problems,a oil-gas-water three-phase flow production logging technology for horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoirs has been established. A liquid-production profile logging tool for horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoirs has been developed,which could allow simultaneous measurement and transmission of multiple parameters such as flow rate,water cut,temperature,and magnetic positioning. The measurement combines the collector point measurement and continuous measurement. Modular integration is adopted in tool structure. The characteristics tests have been conducted on the tool in simulated horizontal wells of different specifications. Combined with cable through coiled tubing technology,the tool has been conducted a number of on-site test applications. The tests results showed that the developed technology can measure the liquid production of the horizontal well section and highly deviated well section,and identify the single-layer output. The tool is suitable for the measurement of the production profile of oil-gas-water three-phase flow of horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoirs. The developed technology could provide data support for horizontal well production capacity evaluation and water blocking measures in the middle and later development stages.
