摘要
哈萨克斯坦肯尼亚克油田属于低孔特低渗超深油藏,采用常规气举管柱生产面临较多技术问题,为此开发了一体化气举完井管柱。这种管柱结合了压裂工艺、排液工艺和气举工艺,一趟管柱可完成分层压裂、快速返排、油层保护、投捞及气举生产等多项作业。介绍了该管柱的结构和工作原理,分析了其主要配套工具可投捞式气举工作筒和可钻可取式封隔器的结构与性能特点。47井次的现场应用结果表明:该管柱气举深度最深达4 287.63 m,最高承压68 MPa,平均排液时间3 d,单井最高日产量130 t,作业效果十分显著。一体化气举完井管柱的设计为海外油田低成本高效开发提供了技术支持。
The Kennyark Oilfield in Kazakhstan belongs to a low-porosity,ultralow-permeability and ultradeep oil reservoir,which faces with many technical problems when produced by conventional gas lift string. To address the problems,an integrated gas lift completion string is developed. The completion string integrates the fracturing,flowback and gas lift process,which could complete multistage fracturing,fast flowback,formation protection,cast and fish and gas lift in one run. The structural composition and working principle of the pipe string are introduced. The structure and performance characteristics of the main supporting tools,the cast and fishable gas lift cylinder and drillable and retrievable packer,are analyzed. A total of 47 times field applications showed a maximum application depth of 4 287. 63 m,a maximum pressure of 68 MPa,an average drainage time of 3 days,and a maximum daily output of single well of 130 t,presenting significant operation effect. The design of integrated gas lift completion string provides technical support for the low cost and high efficient development of overseas oil fields.
