摘要
为提高大果蔷薇嫩枝扦插成活率,以河沙为基质,选用GGR、IBA、ABT、IAA、NAA5种激素,设500、1 000、2 000g·L^(-1)3个浓度梯度,对大果蔷薇半木质化插穗进行15s速蘸处理后扦插,对生根率、生根数量和生根长度进行了计分析。结果表明:大果蔷薇嫩枝扦插繁殖最佳激素及浓度组合为1 000g·L^(-1)的GGR药液、15s速蘸,其成活率可达95.6%。
In order to improve the survival rate of the cuttage of Rosa albertii shoots,five kinds of hormones were selected as the cuttage matrix,GGR,IBA,ABT,IAA,NAA,and the concentration of the hormone solution was established up with three gradients:500 g·L^(-1),1 000 g·L^(-1) and 2 000 g·L^(-1).Result shows that the hormoneconcentration of optimal combination for propagation of softwoodcuttingsof Rosa albertii is 1 000 g·L^(-1) GGR solution dipped in 15 s,the survival rate being 95.6%.
