摘要
以山杏种子为试材,采用不同的低温层积时间、不同浓度赤霉素和不同浓度木醋液等处理进行山杏种子萌发试验。结果表明:去除种皮的山杏能够打破种子的休眠,提高发芽率。经过低温层积处理后,随着层积时间的延长,发芽率也随之提高,在4℃层积100d效果最佳。GA_3和木醋液处理均可以不同程度地提高山杏种子的发芽率,其中在添加0.20~1.0mg·L^(-1) GA_3MS培养基和800倍木醋稀释液对山杏打破休眠最佳。
Taking Armeniaca sibirica seeds as tested material,the effects of seed coat,different low temperature stratification time,different concentrations of gibberellin and different concentrations of wood vinegar on germination of Armeniaca sibirica seeds were studied.Result shows that:removal of seed coat of mountain Armeniaca sibiricacan break the dormancy of seeds and increase the germination rate.After low-temperature stratification,the germination rate increased with the extension of stratification time,and the optimal effect was obtained after stratification at 4℃ for 100 days.Treatments of GA3 and wood vinegar could increase the germination rate of Armeniaca sibirica seeds in varying degrees.Among them,addition of 0.20-1.0 mg·L^(-1) GA3 MS medium and 800 times wood vinegar dilution solution are optimal for breaking the dormancy of Armeniaca sibirica.
