高校图书馆参与智库建设与服务的优势及路径研究

Research on the Advantages and Paths of University Libraries Participating in the Construction and Service of Think-tanks

高校图书馆作为一个高级智囊团,其智库的建设与服务能在各个领域进行资源的配置和共享,对国家和地区企业以及高校和高校图书馆的现代化、信息化的长足发展具有重要的作用。本文通过综合文献法的研究方法,从高校图书馆建设智库具有相对独立、智库健全、信息资源和专业人才集中四个优势出发,探索智库建设与服务的路径。通过本研究,促使图书馆在参与智库建设与服务的过程中,做到引进特色资源,提升服务水平和力度,加强多方合作。

University Library as a senior think-tank can play an important role in the rapid development of the modernization and information of the nation and regional enterprises as well as university and library, when its construction and service of think-tank are allocated and shared in various fields. Through comprehensive literature analysis, starting from four advantages in university library＇s think-tank construction including relative independence,sound think-tank, information resource and professional talents, this paper explored the path of think-tankconstruction and service, and proposed that in the process of participating in the construction and service of think-tank, library should introduce the characteristic resource, improve the service level and strength, strengthen the cooperation of many parties, and make some suggestions for the construction of the national think-tank.
