基于ABAQUS的湿式离合器摩擦副温度场有限元模拟 被引量:4

摘要 湿式多片换挡离合器作为自动变速系统与综合传动装置的核心部件之一,工作过程中接触面摩擦产生大量的热,摩擦热引起的离合器内部温度和热应力非线性变化是离合器失效的重要因素,目前的实验条件和方法还不能准确测试接触表面温度变化状态。研究湿式离合器摩擦副温度场分布变化规律具有重要意义,以湿式离合器摩擦副为研究对象,对温度场进行理论分析、有限元模拟。
