高职院校幼师生儿童观调查研究——以重庆市某高职院校为例

摘要 以32个儿童观词条为基本内容,从儿童的能力、社会适应性、天性、心理特点、权利、人格独立性、学习方式以及童年期的价值8个方面,对重庆市某高职院校502名幼师专业学生的儿童观进行调查,结果显示,幼师生最认可"儿童是好奇的"这一条,而认可度最低的是有关儿童期的价值;低年级与高年级的幼师生在"儿童的权利"、"儿童的人格独立性"上的认可度呈显著差异。为此,应以《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》为指导,增加幼儿园教师职业道德课程和人文课程,适当增加专业理论课程,调整公共课与专业理论课的比重,准确定位培养目标,以提升幼师生的专业道德素养,培养合格的幼儿教师。 Taking 32 items of views on children as the basic content, and focusing on the eight aspects from children's ability, social adaptability, nature, psychological characteristics, rights, personality independence, learning methods, and the value of childhood, this survey collects views of children from 502 preschool education majors at a vocational college in Chongqing. The results show that "Children are inquisitive" is most widely recognized by the preschool education majors, whereas views on "Children's personality independence" differentiate heftily. Hence, with the guidance of Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Interim), courses concerning kindergarten teachers' professional ethics and humanities should be set up, more professional theoretical courses be opened up, ratio between public courses and professional theoretical courses be adjusted, and development aims be precisely positioned so as to ensure the work ethics of preschool education majors and cultivate more qualified kindergarten teachers.
