摘要 针对双通道腔体滤波器矩形度差、通带插损大的问题,结合带通和带阻滤波器的设计方法,设计了一种新型的双通道滤波器。使用Ansoft设计软件建立拓扑电路和计算耦合系数,使用HFSS软件进行三维结构仿真并制作实物。结果表明,实物测试与仿真结果能够吻合,其阻带抑制64 d Bc,通带插损0.38 d B。该双通道滤波器调试简单、矩形度高、插损小、体积小、易制作。 Aiming at the problem of poor rectangular degree and large insertion loss of the dual-channel cavity filter,a new double-channel filter was designed by using the design method of band-pass and band-stop filter. Using the Ansoft designer softw are to establish the topology circuit and calculate the coupling coefficient,the 3 D structure was simulated by using HFSS softw are and the physical object was made. Results show that the physical test results have good agreement with the simulation results,the return loss of the filter is 64 d Bc,and the band-insert loss is 0. 38 d B. The filter has the advantages of simple debugging,high rectangular degree,low insertion loss,low volume and easy processing.
