高剂量和中低剂量奥卡西平治疗兴奋躁动精神分裂症的疗效分析

Curative Effect Comparison between High-dose and Low-dos of Oxcarbazepine on Excited Restless Schizophrenia

目的对比分析兴奋躁动精神分裂症患者使用高剂量奥卡西平和中低剂量奥卡西平的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月-2017年1月间收治的80例兴奋躁动精神分裂症患者,遵循随机的原则将其分为常规组与观察组,对照组和观察者分别给予奥氮平进行常规治疗,同时两组分别联用不同剂量的奥卡西平,其中,常规组患者给予中低剂,观察组患者给予高剂量,治疗8周后,对两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率、躁动量表得分进行对比。结果治疗8周后,观察组与常规组患者治疗后治疗总有效率、躁动量表得分差异显著,(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论高剂量奥卡西平在兴奋躁动精神分裂症患者中运用,对患者躁狂缓解效果显著,该治疗方法值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective To make a comprative study between the effect of high-dose oxcarbazepine and that of low-dose on excited restless schizophrenia. Methods 80 cases with excited restless schizophrenia hospitalized during the period from Jan.,2016 to Jan.,2017 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups： control group and observation group; routine treatment with olanzapine was performed on all the cases in both groups while combination with low-dose of oxcarbazepine was made to the cases in control group and combination with high-dose of oxcarbazepine was made to the cases in observation group; the courses in the 2 groups lasted for 8 wekks; the occurrence of adverse effects,the total effective rate and the score of agitation table of the cases in the 2 groups were compared. Results There existed statistical differences in total effective rate and the scores of agitation table between the 2 groups（ P〈0. 05） while no difference was found in adverse reactions between the 2（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusions High-dose of oxcarbazepine is of obvious effect in relieving the manic symptoms of cases with excited restless schizophrenia and it is worthy of wider clinical application.
