Administrative Law and Social Governance Innovation: A Review of 2017 Academic Seminars Guangxi Administrative Law Society

广西行政法学研究会2017年学术研讨会以"行政法与社会治理创新"为主题,深入研讨了行政检察监督机制、检察行政公益诉讼、社会治理创新、法治政府建设和行政检察监督等法治热点问题。针对全面依法治国背景下行政法理论及实务中的重点、难点问题,进行广泛而深入的交流,提出大量建设性意见,为新时期广西地方行政法治建设,提供了坚实的理论支撑和实务参考。

The theme for 2017 Academic Seminars Guangxi Administrative Law Society is on Administrative Law and Social Governance Innovation. An in-depth discussion was made on administrative procuratorial supervision mechanism, procuratorial work of administrative public welfare lawsuit, social governance innovation, law-based government construction and administrative procuratorial supervision. Efforts need to be made to conduct extensive and in-depth communications and present constructive suggestions about the key and difficult points in administrative law theory and practice under the background of overall law-based governance, providing theoretical supports and practical reference for construction of Guangxi local administrative rule of law in the new period.
