Application of Electronic Forensics Technology to Investigation of Drug-related Cases

毒品犯罪分子利用电子信息技术进行毒品交易,使得毒品犯罪更加隐蔽,并表现出智能化的特点,加大了公安机关侦破毒品犯罪案件的难度。毒品犯罪案件侦查中电子取证存在法律依据不完善、缺乏专业人才、证据提取不全面、容易侵犯公民隐私等困难。应从健全电子取证的相关法律规定、完善取证的程序和方法、完善人权保障措施、培养复合型专业人才等方面去提升其运用效力。

Drug-related criminal offenders use electronic information technology for dealing drugs,resulting in more obscure drug-related crimes with intellectualization and increasing difficulty for the the public sesurity organs in investigation of drug-related cases. Electronic forensics in investigation of drug-related cases witnesses defective legal basis, lack of professional talents, incomprehensive evidences extraction and invasion of the privacy of citizens.Accordingly, efforts need to be made to promote the operation effects of electronic forensics through formulation of the sound law regulations for electronic forensics, improvement of forentics procedure and methods,and human rights protection, and cultivation of the versatile professional talents.
