中国公安院校的教师在教育培训中肩负着重要的责任与使命,在办学实践中积累了丰富的经验,也存在不少适应性问题,需要不断学习新的教育培训理念。借鉴美国、英国、法国、德国、俄罗斯、新加坡、加拿大,以及中国的香港和台湾地区等国内外一切先进的教育培训经验,从师资队伍结构、实战化能力、整体素质、考核评价体制和教师治教等方面进行优化与提升,以适应全球化背景下不断发展变化的国际犯罪和反恐形势的需求。

The teachers in police colleges and universities in China shoulder important responsibilities and missions in education training, accumulate rich experiences in school-running practice, but are confronted with adaptability problem and thus are expected to keep on learning brandnew education training concept. Use should be made for reference of all the domestic and international advanced education training experiences from the US, the UK, France,Germany, Russia, Singapore, Canada, Chinese Hongkong and Taiwan areas to optimize and promote the structure of teching staff, improve practical combat capacity, overall quality,examination and evaluation system, and teachers＇ education administration with a view to getting adjusted to the demand of the incessantly changing and growing international crimes and anti-terrorism situations under the background of globalization.
