浅谈属地化后地勘单位企业化改革

地勘单位属地化后 ,如何实现企业化经营是一个十分紧迫的问题。企业经营的实质是地勘单位体制由事业性质转为企业 ,它是地勘单位体制改革的方向。地勘单位企业化决定了地勘单位的改革必须纳入国有企业的改革之中 ,这是国家经济体制改革的需要。本文就如何适应改革形势的要求 ,加大地勘单位体制改革的力度 。

After the geological prospecting branches are under the jurisdiction,how to realize business administration is the most urgent problem The central point of business administration is that the system of administrative department changes into enterprise units This is a direction for the reform of the geological prospecting branches The enterprisization of the geological prospecting branches means that the reform of the geological prospecting branches should bring into the reform of the state-owned enterprises,this is demand of reform of the state economic system and is also a demand for existence and development for the geological prospecting branches How to fit in with the needs of the reform,strengthen system reform of the geological prospecting branches,and to realize modern enterprise system soon are discussed in this paper
